If you changed your mind, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. Opened, assembled and / or discounted products are excluded from returns.

Returns must be sent ONLY by courier (of your choice) and you have to cover the cost of the return shipment, as well as, bear the responsibility for packing properly the returning item(s). We do not assume liability until the returning parcel reaches our warehouse.

Returns/exchanges of defective products are carried out by us and we cover the cost.

• Returns/exchanges must happen within 30 days of receiving your order. Please notify us by messenger or at info@cozykids.gr and let us know the courier tracking number of the return shipment.
• All returns must be sent exclusively by courier.
• All returns must be packed properly to avoid damage while shipping.
• Sender is responsible for the proper packing, safe transport and successful return of the item(s) to our warehouse.
• Torn, damaged or broken items are excluded from returns.
• Items on discount are excluded from returns.
• Returning items must be unopened/unassembled.
